Vietnam Tomahawk Specs?

If I remember right, the RR Spike is roughly 1.5 lbs (give or take an oz.) with 17" handle. The Vietnam is about 1 lb and 14" handle. Andy can be more precise, but I think I'm close enough to give you an idea.

In short, yup.

Good to see you here Terry! Doc is close enough on this one....the RR Spike Hawk has a 16" haft.

The head lengths, edge to tip of the spike, are fairly close. It's when you look at them from the top down, through the eye, that you say...HOLY HAND FORGING!!!

The Vietnam Hawk is thin and fast.....the Ranger Hawk is "Ranger Tough". They couldn't break them down at Benning! That's not to say that the Vietnam is not strong and can't be broken....just that the Ranger Hawks are robust in every sense....just like the Rangers!
