Hello All!!!

This week, we approved the artwork for the stamped impression which will be in every Vietnam Tomahawk from the first production run....the American Tomahawk Company logo of the Eagle and Crossed Tomahawks and the phrase "First Edition, 2001". And, of course, serial numbered. We could not be prouder. The impression will look absolutely terrific in your Vietnam Hawk.

As we have already announced, our choice of a sheath maker was none other than John Carver's fine company, Eagle Industries.

But what we haven't told you until now is that the actual sheath design is offered with the compliments of one of the world's most sought after tactical trainers in the world, former Seal Team Six Member, Chris Caracci!

Mr. Caracci has been working with us on a few projects, which will be revealed in the coming months, (you won't believe what's coming!!!) but the sheath design for the Vietnam Hawk marks his first of many contributions to the customers of the American Tomahawk Company.

His design is completely mindful of the modern land or maritime Operator's need for security, safety, deployment options, and functionality. As Mr. Caracci has had a relationship with Mr. Carver and a working knowledge of Eagle's products for some time, his offer to design the sheath for the most well known Tomahawk in the world was overwhelmingly received with honor and humility.

His reason for doing it?....for the benefit of Peter LaGana and at the personal request of Frank Butterworth. Nuff said.

So........get cocked, locked, and ready to rock Doc as the Whackmaster himself would say! The new Vietnam Tomahawk is on it's way!

This sounds like great news. I have a ton of Eagle products and think Chris Caracci has super ideas on designs. Who is Frank Butterworth and is he a SEAL or designer also?

Bill

Hello sir.

No sir, not a SEAL. Merely an enthusiast in the new "American Tomahawk Company".

SITREP:

The responses Andy received on all the Hawks was/is overwhelming. Therefore to further enhance "Hawk" features for the customers, I personally asked Chris to design the sheath, to which he agreed. We were "honored" to have him do so!

Additionally, we wanted the sheath to be made from OD Cordura with the "Eagle Industries" Tab. Chris advised he would be pleased to design it for Peter LaGana, a Veteran of the United States Navy (WWII), and the new American Tomahawk Company.

Andy will probably place me in his "crosshairs", but I'll have to apologize later. Wait till you see what he's got coming that are further collaborations......I can't wait to get a couple three, four five of'em!

Out.

GPB or if I may call you Frank, thanks for your information. Caraccis ideas always seem fresh and practical. I am new to these forums. I actualy have read them for a while but not posted much, tonights my first tiem. Guys who have been heroes of mine for years are on these forums, like Ernie Emerson. Frank, have you met Chris Caracci? I can only imagine the excitement of that meeting. He'd probaly crush your hand if he shook it.

Bill

Bill,

Yes, Frank is fine.

His various designs, are certainly based upon extraordinary experience and practical execution.

I know Chris personally and must admit, I felt humbled at our first meeting. Ironically, though your right he could "crush your hand", he is not inclined to do so, though I realize you were not implying he would. He treats all, from my experiences, very respectfully and is quite amicable. He does not play the "I am it" role a person with his credentials certainly could.

Thanks for the inquiries.

Out.

The Vietnam Hawk project sounds better and better.
Andy, will the sheath for these hawks be released at the same time? And how soon can we see a picture of the two together?

Keep up the good work.

I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.

Yes, the Caracci designed sheath is provided std. with every Vietnam Tomahawk...and yes, they will be offered simultaneously. A pic will be available soon....
