No kidding I have the exact same one I believe!! It's got a nice lean grind and sharpens like a dream:thumbup: Thats all I know about it, but you have peaked my interest in it again. Maybe I'll try and do some research on it for the both of us

Didn't think anyone noticed this post of mine LOL. Yes, it does sharpen easy, and that is an understatement to say the least.
