I think this might be a Kumar VUK. My first ever khuk was one of these and have seen several of these being sold as a Kumar Villager Utility Knife https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/15-villager-did-a-great-job-today.1587889/ . They have the engravings on the spine like many S's but look pretty similar to a BAS. They seem to always have a nicely polished red satistal handle, white metal fittings, and a very pointy tip. They are also a little bit lighter than the standard BAS. If I could only keep one of my khuks it would be this one.
