Guys I’m looking to buy a Buck 110 with squared bolsters, which I understand went by the wayside in the mid 1980s? So looking for one in good working condition from before that time.

Guys what is the value of such knives? I just don’t want to get ripped off on my quest for a vintage 110. Thoughts?

Supposedly Buck was giving the 4 dots a radius frame. The first ones by hand and I have one that you have to look close to
notice it. I don't doubt what your seeing. DM

Mitch, check eBay "Completed Items" for "vintage Buck 110". That should give you a reasonable idea of value.

Good luck and let us know what you find! :)

You really need to hit the pawnshops, gunshops, antique malls, collectible malls, etc. You will find the 1970’s and 1980’s Buck’s priced from $10 to $100 - a real wide spread - no price anyone could give you here on a discontinued item is valid except for that particular sale. I pass when I see them at $75 or above and buy when I see them under $50 if in decent shape. I can refurb a bit myself and Buck can refurb a lot for $7 to $10 bucks. Make sure you follow the classifieds here - members give some really fine deals on good used, but not pristine, Buck knives. OH
