Recommendation? Vintage axe restoration

Good afternoon -

Need help finding someone locally to clean up and sharpen my vintage Sager Chemical axe head. Also need someone to hang it on a haft. I live in southeast Massachusetts. Any help would be appreciated .

Is there any reason why you are unable to do this yourself?

Generally that's half the fun, and it's not hard.
Just a wire wheel to remove the rust, a file and stone to sharpen it, and a rasp or 4 in hand to fit the handle.

Be careful!! My father in law gave me his old boys axe from his days as a scout leader to clean up and that lead to a hobby that has taken up an inordinate amount of time and money.
