I want to add a bowie knife to my cowboy shooting outfit. I have
looked at vintage Sheffields on Ebay ($75-400) and like that type of
smaller bowie. Would I be better off with a new custom or trying to
find a cheaper Sheffield? I want a 10-13 inch Bowie. I can't find
anything offered by the big knife makers that meet that vintage look.

Would like to keep the solution under $150.00.

I would not use this knife a great deal, but do want a serviceable blade.

Thanks/

Thin Dime, what do you think of this one?? If it doesn't sell on ebay tonight, I'll take $250 for it. 440c blade heat treated and cryo quenched by Rob Simonich. 10 1/2" blade and a bit shy of 16 1/2" overall. Crown moose antler handle that feels great.
