I have a couple of NIB vintage Bucks (118 and 116) that I am going to list for sale and would like to get an opinion of value. I bought these a couple of years ago from a small gun shop out of the display case. The 116 has all paperwork and the box is in good shape. The 118 is missing the Reg. card, but has all else.

Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

Just my estimation but I would say the 118 is worth about $100.00 maybe $125.00

The 116 $150.00- $175.00 maybe more...

Hard to find them in that condition with boxes from that time period!

Did you do a advanced search on ebay of ended listings? I usually try to guage value somewhere in that ballpark. These knives are worth more or less depending on weather, economy or time of year/day :D

Good luck!

O.K. I did a search on the bay, there was an 89 118 NIB that went for just under 125.00 so maybe yours is a tad more than that. I dont think you will have a hard time selling these! Good luck.

Thanks for the responses. I did the Ebay check a couple of times, but did not find any that I thought were comparable (age and condition).

You might want to email Larry Oden of the Buck Collectors Club. He may even know of a collector looking for those...

I think the values listed above are pretty good. That 116 is the wild card though. NIB 2 liners are harder to find for sure.
Is it possible for you to email me pictures of the paperwork and or back of the sheaths? That info would be great for the archives and appreciated by collectors. :)
Thanks,
