i have what appears to be a real old butcher Knife trying to Identify thru Makers Mark-It has a Crown and below it is S&J- Below That it says Hear&cant see other part also barley make out Sheffield --Also stamped on it is EVERBLUNT---------Any Help would be much appreciated
