I love each and everyone of my Carbon Steel Kitchen Knives!!! I thought I would share them with you!

Orfred (Orrie) Cleveland Vail of Tobermory was quite a man. He made the first three knives by hand at the turn of the century
in Northern Ontario Canada

Love them! My "pizza cutter" is a very old Foster Bros large chef knife. The edge has been abused over the years so instead of completely doing a new reprofile I touch it up with a rough stone and it gets used to cut up home made pizza.

I googled the Foster Bros knives............. there are some Gnarly old Vintage ones.............. what do you have a big scimitar thingie for a pizza cutter... that would work great!!!!!!

I'll snap a picture but it is a large butcher style knife. Been though the wars of kitchen use for sure but it sure does a great job at cutting pizza!
