Vintage Dagger Identification

I'm looking to ID this knife to sell it, but I'm not familiar with all the stamps and brands.

Paragon Skorpion Survival Knife from the mid 1980's. They bought a bunch of Swedish M-96 bayonets which were dirt cheap at the time, and tacticalised them by blackening, adding the sawback, and turning down the handles to add a buttcap. Also Paragon isn't Paragon knives of NC, but a firearms/surplus company out of Illionis back then.
