Thanks to a VERY kind member here, I was finally able to score a couple easy open knives( man these things are hard to find)

For being 70+ years old they are still in great shape, great snap, nice pull and no play at all. The jigged bone is super, but that ebony is oh so nice!!

The Ebony wood is marked Ulster Knife Co. New York and the Bone is marked Utica Cutlery, Utica, NY

I couldn't be happier, to me it doesn't get much better than an easy open jack knife:thumbup:

On to the pics...

Those 2 are perfect examples of why I love traditional folders. I have a EO GEC but I love the vintage ones. Very nice find and great pics.

Thanks guys!

I'm still amazed at the quality of these knives all these years later. Something to be said about American Craftsmanship in the early part of the 1900's

Those look great! I love EOs too and those are some fine specimens! That jigged bone is especially tasty.

Holy smokes, those are some lookers! Nice score there ThievesLikeUs, two very handsome knives.

Both of those are great but that bone-handled one is just stunning! Thanks for sharing those with us.

WOW yes those are INCREDIBLE! I'm drooling on my keyboard here at both of them. OUSTANDING!!

I'd love to find one just like these from that era... :)

The general consensus is that it was made by Robeson.

Wow, absolutely fantastic. Congratulations
