Nice. I rarely see a Flint Edge hatchet for some reason.

Love the Flint Edge. You know, I believe that handle would come back to life if you lightly sanded it and brushed on about 6 coats of BLO. And I bet it's a far better feeling handle than anything you can buy today. Worth the effort, IMO.

Nice finds. I just seen the exact same looking Norlund today at my local flea market. The guy selling it wanted $80 for it and it had less life in it than yours.

That Flint Edge is in great shape. They are very nice hatchets and with a vintage handle also.

I never pass on the Norlund's just because they are so popular with collectors. They bring more than they are worth to me.
