Vintage knife fit modern sheath?

Will the vintage squared bolster 110s and 112s.. fit their modern correct sheaths? Nylon, leather?
Have a square bolt 110 lookin to possibly get a new nylon sheath for.

My grandpas two dot 110 fits in my newer 110 leather sheath just fine. I got my newer 110 in 2017 sometime.

I think the made in USA leather sheaths are bigger. Roomier maybe....!lol.

I don't believe you would have a problem with the nylon ones.
I admit I don't have an old square bolster 110.
I do have a few old Colonial Coyote folders, that are notably bigger than my newer 110s, and I carry those in the new 110 nylon sheaths.

I just stuck an old 3 liner in a new never used AG sheath. It was a tight fit but it snaped in.
And an old two liner fit a nylon sheath just fine.
I love the nylon sheaths. Get em all bloody from critter doins and just toss them in the washing machine with my jeans.

I’ve used a modern nylon sheath on a 2 dot, and 3 dot, as well as the “modern” 110’s and they all fit just fine for me.

As a side note.... Most all of the 110 nylon sheaths can be worn Vertical or Horizontal.

Aren't the sheaths technically polyester?

Either way I'm glad they use a snap instead of hook & loop or " velcro ", I hate the stuff.

I prefer the nylon sheaths.
I think they are less intrusive while in use and they don't promote tarnishing.
You can put them in the laundry as well.
