Photos Vintage miniature hand forged hatchet?

I'm hoping someone has any information on this vintaged hand forged little dude. It is pretty sharp and marked possibly "Jonni"? It was with some vintage PJ Tomes, Turnbull and E.G. Smith blades, so kind of a stepchild...? Any info would be appreciated!

This started life as a ball peen hammer.

That's very likely a partial stamp left on the head, but I don't know what the rest of it should be.
