Vintage necklace knife help

Just found a website selling these 'one of a kind' custom necklace knives and it got me thinking... I normally wear a small cross necklace, but having a tiny knife on my neck would be pretty cool instead. I like the vintage aspect as well. Makes it look more like a charm with a blade, rather than hanging a SAK off my neck and calling it a necklace. I'm not really looking for a knife I can use, I'd probably sharpen the blade, but I wouldn't use it. I had an old one made out of a tusk, about the length of a quarter that I loved...but I lost it. (I was like 12). I think the max size I would like is an inch or less. Looking for a cooler material like tusk / bone..or anything that just looks cool in general. Wouldn't mind shelling out some money for a custom one either. Any chance you guys have any idea on some places I could look / get one...or does anyone have one they care to post pictures of?

I have a small knife, perhaps 1.5" overall, closed, which is a cross, with a small knife blade which folds into it. I know nothing about it, except that such a thing was made at one time. They should still be out there, somewhere, but may take time to find.

Drilling a hole in it, or wrapping some cordage about it, should be the easy part.
