Vintage Pacific Cutlery 158 Tanto Balisong

This is a like new Pacific Cutlery Tanto blade model 158 International Series from 1985. Knife has black zymac inserts in the handle.
Blade is 4 1/4" long and 3/8" thick.
Lockup is solid in both open and closed positions

This knife has been sharpened on a wheel of some type hasn't it?
It appears that it has been anyway, please confirm my suspicion in regards to this....

The edge appears to be polished, but I see no evidence of other sharpening marks.

If this wasn't done in the factory it was done by an expert.

The rest of the blade looks to be pristine.
