I have a Schrade 3OT USA folder that is in mint condition ecxept for the fact that the spring is missing for the blade lock to work properly. The blade will lock in the open position but wont stay there.
My question is this: if I buy a new China Schrade 3OT, can the spring be removed (by someone that knows what they are doing) and placed in the USA model?
