Vintage Schrade Uncle Henry Golden Spike

I have a Golden Spike (Produced be for they were taken over) I'm planning of listing it on ebay but, I don't know much about it besides it has a carbon steel blade (I think) and it's never been used. I'd like to put a good description of it but, didn't know where else to look for acurate info. Some of the descriptions I saw on ebay seemed less than dependable.
