I found this a couple weeks back Behind my house, I put a wire brush and sharpened it and I’ve been using it ever since for weeds and small things, but I tried researching about it and can’t come up with anything.

I'm not familiar with the mark, personally. My focus is mostly on American makers. You'll want the edge on it almost absurdly thin--only 7-9° per side. Should be able to cut lush vegetation with no more than a quick turn of the wrist then.
