Viper Knives Voxnaes Lille vs. Massdrop Tashi Bharucha

Which one of these two should I buy? They're similar enough that I can't make up my mind. (Please don't hijack the thread with something like "Idk but I like the Griptilian.")
 
Rowdy HiTech, or Prism? The Prism is the one with the wild geometric cut outs. Very, VERY different from the Lille. Barely any similarities.
 
The Prism. They look like they have about the same footprint in the hand, with roughly the same handle on and roughly the same blade length and blade shape. Cosmetically, they obviously look fairly different.
 
Between the two I would go Prism, more practical blade shape, the OEM seems to be very very likely Reate, so they quality/F&F is there too.

No doubt the Prism is quality (and it's on sale for about another half hour), but have you seen the Lille? She's pretty sexy.
 
Hands down to with the more premium of the two the Bharucha made by reate. Viper knives is known for quirky quality control issues. The blade steel is different but both are great steels and you shouldn't buy the steel but the knife as a whole.

Its on cyber Monday sale today iirc. Few mins left... Get it asap. It's still worth it at full price though.

Exactly. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get an S35VN Pilar, and I just can't get myself to like those cutouts in the Prism.
 
I like the Lille better aesthetically but I haven’t owned either knife.

Sadly I am not a huge fan of Voxnaes practically tipless canoe paddle shaped blades. They look like their best use is spreading peanut butter.
 
I have a Prism and I love it. Reate is the manufacturer, fnf is tremendous and Tashi designs are bomb. I like Voxnaes as well but he’s got better designs. Viper is known for inconsistent QC and action that seems to make no one happy. I don’t see the similarities other than size in this comparison so go Prism.

I'm gona make it simple, Prism! wharncliffe style blade:thumbsup::thumbsup: The Lille's blade:thumbsdown::thumbsdown: is just silly. Have fun sharpening that redonculous shape. IMO of course.

Absolutely the Prism. Outstanding design, one of my favorites for this year. Viper's fit and finish is very inconsistent.
