Hi, Fellow blade lovers I just got this today and was wondering what you guys thought of it. It's become my new favorite folder next my fabled S Manix 2 XL:)
I posted some pics to compare the two and shed some light on it's beastly size. It has a very great weight but is so well balanced and and handles great for my XXXL hands. I haven't done any hard testing yet but it's very solid out of the box. It has a good detent and very solid lock up with a really nice overall fit and finish. I don't see alot of press for Viper knives but I feel the Rhino is worth it for sure.

Specs(FROM THERE SITE)

Handle: carbon fibre, black or green G-10 or natural pau santo wood.

Thx, for looking I know its better to see real photos to show some scale

Holy god, what a monster!

I sold my Manix2 XL because it was way too big for my uses, but that Viper Rhino dwarfs it...

Yes it is a monster indeed! It reminds a little of my CS Spartan I sold as far as presence goes. I would definitely
Recommend to those with larger hands.

On a knife that big I'd want tip down. Your thumb will be a lot closer to the thumbstuds upon removal from the pocket than with tip up.

Wow, colour me impressed. I dig lockbacks too. I hate to ask, but what is the approx price point?

Looks a little gigantic for my small-medium hands, but it's a looker for sure. I really dig that handle design, and the blade profile is real pretty too.

I have a few of the larger 5.5-inch Cold Steel knives and they work fine for me with tip-up too.

About $180 shipped which honestly isn't that bad. I'm 6'7 about 345lbs so I luv knives like this. It also helps that have grande pants so the size is perfect for them. I actually just sold some other blades so I can get another one. I really like the
Black G10 with black blade. Thx for posting guys I totally agree about the clip but what can you do.

Did you do any hard work with the Rhino yet?
