I was just checking my mail and was running virus check before opening. Virus warning came up, so naturally, I didn't open it. Gary Levine, I don't know, and I am not saying he is purposely sending a virus. Some ratface may have attatched it to his outgoing email. Be careful before opening mail from him!

Gary Levine is a well respected knife dealer (www.levineknives.com). It may be that he's picked up a virus on his computer, but it's also very possible that his email address is being "spoofed" by the virus. Earlier this year, a bunch of us received virus containing email messages that supposedly came from Darrel Ralph.

I just sent Gary email to alert him. Thanks, Ds.
john if it comes back from Gary with no virus, it probably came from an address
book of someone else's infected computer. with both your address in it.
also did you expect e-mail from him ? this is a sign this happened also..

Dan, no, I expected no email from him.

yeahup an address book of someone else's infected computer
with both your addresses in it.

I get the samething,, sometimes looking like I sent myself one.
and My norton weeds out as many as 20 a day..

1 I don't send myself mail
2 My anti virus checks my out bound mail too.
so I know it's not from my puter..I wouldn't worry about it just keep your
anti virus up to date..and you'll be good to go.. :)
