I was reading the other thread and didn't see this one mentioned. It is branded Vise Grip but has Schrade stamped under the handle that holds the tools. It looks identical to the Schrade except for the different jaws and tools. The screwdriver is a bit holder that has a double ended bit (phillips/common). The screwdriver and sheepsfoot main blade lock. I have found it very useful. I never bought the Schrade version due to the needle nose jaws, I rarely use needle nose vise grips. It came with a black leather sheath with "Vise Grip" stamped on the front. I found it on clearance about 2 years ago, I think I paid between $10-$15 for it at a local store.

I've been looking at those. It is the Vise-Grip side of the collaboration. I like those jaws better too for a lot of work. And it does use the Schrade attachments. Probably was assembled by Schrade as well.

No, the list of tools I found with my research was just too long to post, but that was one of them. And the slipjoint plier jaws as well. Both look handy. Just not sure about the added attachments yet.

Dale,
Yes, they were distributed by Vise Grip. I found mine at a local store right next to their selection of Vise Grip Pliers.
I found this site which lists them but they want 29.99 for them. The site does have a good picture of them including another variation. Theirs has a clip blade instead of the sheepsfoot on mine!!

I also found some at Tyler tool (24.95)

It looks like they retailed between $20-$30.

Yes, that is where I first saw them. That eBay seller has seven on right now for less than twenty each, with the sheath, plus the shipping of course. But still not a bad price. And Vise-Grip has made good tools forever, it seems. My grandfather used their clamps to hlod steel together to weld cotton trailers from Model A car frames. That was back in the fifties, and Dad coontinued to use them on the farm til he died. I've used them to clamp pool stairs to the steel or polymer pool walls while drilling them for attaching "K" braces. Good tools.

I ordered one from the ebay vendor, at $25.94 including shipping I guess it isn't too bad. I hope I like it as well as my Tough Grip :D
