Anyone out there got one of these?

VG 10 steel.

What's your opinion of this knife. I'm thinking Visionary or Spec Elite.:jerkit:

I have the Visionary I and it has become my Daily carry knife. I think it is my favorite SOG so far.

It would be my first SOG. I wish it didn't have a black blade, but VG10 steel with the SOG Arc lock and a great clip may sway me to buy anyway.

Satin finish blade and a grey CNC handle like the Twitch and it would be irresistable.:thumbup:

There are also other SOG Arc Lock knives with VG-10, maybe you should check those out? You can find them all at the sog.com site. And you can click on Arc Lock to see the knives you want to see.

I'm wanting VG10 because I don't have a VG10 knife and I read that SOG isn't specifying whether the Spec Elites are Aus 8 or the newer VG10 models.

I want to know what I'm paying for...

Agree on that ... i thought I might go for the Spec IIs now that they switched to VG-10 but I don't want to get an older model under the same name.

I'm a sucker for the BIG folders.
