Last week,I have gone the U.S.It was great trip!
I went to BUCK KNIVES on free day in LA.It was hard trip as could't use car.
4/9 was free day of package ture in LA,as I thought to go ColdSteel in Venture and Buck Knives in El Cajon.I felt they are not so different from LA as only seeing a map.I did'nt have cence of distance in U.S.
It was only map of CA(it have maps of inportant citis and it's downtown and sights)and guide book for San Francisco and LA that I had.
I want from hotel in LA downtown to union station by special reseve only bus tour hotel to sights.It was hotel to Japanese town near the union staition.
Not with car license,I used AMTRAK to San Diego.In train,I heard conductor where station is on the map of San Diego.But I mistook a little.
After I had arraived Santa Fe station,I was looking for International Visitors infomation center in Houton plaza.but It was not easy to find it as mistaken where is station,as I lost where I was.
I asked where is El Cajon and Weld Bivd.that is addres of BUCK KNIVS found in homepage.It was lucky that there was line to El Cajon and station just named Weld blvd.
In Weld blvd.station,I wonderd there was noting.only a road was on station.I thought it Weld Blvd as found sign board lightten so.I walked it for one direction as coin toss not knowing where BUCK KNIVES is.I found a intersection as T letter(I dont know how to sai it),but dicided to go ahead.In crossing way,I found a factory plant but it was not BUCK KNIVES.and I walked straight;I didn't know how to read sign.I had known that sign board and road is right angle.I walked and walked,I felt terror as I can not run away as there were nothing without car.
I got to a crossroads.In right of this side,there was a 7-11 lucky.I cannot understand where I was,I bought some mineral water and asked a way.But I could not understand her explain,I lost my way too.And I was buck to 7-11,asked again with map on my notobook.A customer helped me too.
As I understood where Weld Blvd.that is crossing hill road to road on staition.I haked for the hill.
And finay I found BUCK KNIVES INC.!!I photographed there.
But it was so late,It was 5O'clock p.m.factory was closed a doorkeeper said.He was very kind to give me catalog.And someone who was passed by gave me his book about history of BUCK KNIVES.
