I have spent a great time today at Silvana Mouzinho's shop. She has been working with high quality production knives for some ten years now and has started making knives in 2001.
She works only part-time but is advancing quickly and has been making some very nice, delicate knives. Right now, she is getting ready to show her work at this year's Blade Show.
You can see some examples of her work at her site:

Bellow is a pic of her table at the SPKS 2002, where she also had some production stuff from the company she works for.

Yes, very nice. What show is that?

Hello

Keith, I'll suggest that she provides an English version of the site. As most Brazilian sites already have one, I haven't though about that when she asked me what I though about her site. The google translation is not too accurate but you can get the idea of what she wants to say.
The picture is from the 2002 São Paulo Knife Show. By the way, since day one, she has been one of the show's strongest supporters.

They alwais are, Keith, but they are much better han nothing, not to mention that they can be very funny sometimes...:)
