You placed your order on 8/8. In your case, we shipped your order pursuant to our published delivery policy of 2-6 weeks for shipment, which can be viewed on our website and is also included in a confirmation e-mail issued to all who order online. Until I research this matter in greater depth, it appears we filled your order completely pursuant to said terms and also afforded you our active military discount.
The club was only recently formed and will issue a tri-annual newsletter, the first issue of which is in draft at this time and is being updated in light of Mr. LaGana's passing.
It is my understanding that you agreed to have your Minuteman held until it could be shipped with your VT Tac.
While it disappoints me that you are indeed disappointed, it seems to me that we did not fail you with respect to your order or club membership.
I will research this matter in greater detail with Suzanne in the morning and we will do what we can to make you feel as satisfied as possible with your purchase.
One of the posts you reference was issued before you placed your order and the other five days after. While I do see that they reference "ALL" orders, I admit I should have qualified that somewhat further so that folks who ordered within days of those statements did not get disappointed, as you evidently are.
