I know that everyone is anxious to have the hawks. 90% have shipped and I finally have been able to update Suzanne with the tracking information. Feel free to cantact her or myself and we will be happy to get your tracking information to you. Thank you all for your patience.

Thanks for the prompt reply to my request for the tracking number. Tommorrow is my scheduled delivery date and I can hardly wait. It has been a long wait but all of you have been very helpful and good sports taking our friendly ribbing and venting. I look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Suzanne: I enjoyed our chat as well. Im sitting here on my day off waiting for that brown colored miracle machine of happiness to turn into my drive......I will post in with reaction and commentary on the new arrival after in gets here....As for carrying my hawk on the honeymoon...I could get into trouble trying to get such a "tool" in to the United Kingdom. I guess I'll have to carry a photo of it to show people. More Later Pipeycain
The Brown chariot of Good Deliveries made it in to my drive at around 1900hrs. He must have tried to make my stop his very last one of the day.
Good work ATC! I was not suprised by the good quality and craftsmanship I found in my parcel.
I was suprised to see that LBTC made the sheaths. I use some of there other products such as their Medical packs and I can vouch for their quality. Well Done Andy, Suzanne, Justin and all others. Cheers!

Mine arrived yesterday and I just happened to be home to get it

Hundreds of handles are being machined now for quick assembly upon heat treating and parkerizing of the heads. In short, "it's ALL comin' together!"" 8-13-02
"We anticipate with great confidence a ship date for ALL Vietnam Tactical and Vietnam Field Grade orders no later than Friday 8/30. If we fail, you can take us to the cleaners with chargebacks and refunds and rightly so. However, I wouldn't make such a bold statement about it unless we felt THAT sure, so believe me when I say, we WILL be shipping by 8/30." 8-6-02
I pulled these two quotes from another thread to illustrate my point. I emailed two letters in the past two days regarding my concerns about my order. No response. I know they have now shipped, but that isn't the point. The point is being repeatedly told I was going to receive the product I paid for and it not showing up. I was initially led to believe both of my hawks would be here two weeks ago.
I am also wondering what the purpose of the membership club when I haven't received anything from it either.
The rave product reviews have kept me docile up to this point, but now I am a little perturbed. Thank you for your time.

In your case, we shipped your order pursuant to our published delivery policy of 2-6 weeks for shipment, which can be viewed on our website and is also included in a confirmation e-mail issued to all who order online. Until I research this matter in greater depth, it appears we filled your order completely pursuant to said terms and also afforded you our active military discount.
The club was only recently formed and will issue a tri-annual newsletter, the first issue of which is in draft at this time and is being updated in light of Mr. LaGana's passing.
It is my understanding that you agreed to have your Minuteman held until it could be shipped with your VT Tac.
While it disappoints me that you are indeed disappointed, it seems to me that we did not fail you with respect to your order or club membership.
I will research this matter in greater detail with Suzanne in the morning and we will do what we can to make you feel as satisfied as possible with your purchase.

After my previous negative post I want to clarify the quality of ATC as a company. Mr. Prisco (and Suzanne)is a pleasure to deal with and personally took the time to look into my order. You normally don't receive that detail of service from any company. After that type of personalized attention and clarification I feel confident when I say "they have been great." You can't beat the fierce loyalty all customers have exhibited towards their product. I look forward to receiving both of my 'hawks and chucking them around the yard. I better warn the neighbors to stay inside in case one goes over the fence.

Top flight, there is no doubt.got my VN Tac last week and I have been enjoying taking down helpless sappling and what ever gets in my way. I think that my hawk was well worth the wait. Already planning on my next hawk probably a rogers ranger hawk. Good job ATC and thanks to Andy and the team for keeping us informed throughout our long wait.
