VN Tactical pic.

I just posted this pic over in the Gallery and thought some of you might be interested.

As you can see, I took the powder coat off the head which is much much harder than I imagened... and blued it, the pic doesn't really show the blue job that well, but IMO it looks pretty sweet.

Also in the pic is my Lyman Deerstalker.


By the way, I've had the 'hawk for a couple weeks now and, I just can't stop throwing it... thanks for the advice everybody!

Well, it's my first and only 'hawk so I don't really have anything to compare it to but I LOVE IT!

I'm heading to the hills this weekend and I'm not sure if I'm gonna bother taking my fly rod 'cause I think I'll probably just be tossing it at trees/squirrels all weekend... Now there's some love for ya "mountain stream fly fishing... tomahawk... mountain stream fly fishing... tomahawk... mountain stream fly fishing... tomahawk... TOMAHAWK!"
