Hi guys,
It has been many years since I have posted. Still collecting knives whenever my budget allows me though, and SOG is where I got started.
Well now I am working as an artist on the new Medal of Honor game. You can imagine how stoked I was to find out that my favorite production knife company was making some custom gear for our game. I know there was some issues with the sponsorship on the hawk, I didn't get much of the specifics. But I am definitely looking forward to getting the real life version of this axe as soon as it comes out to commemorate my time on the project.
What I am curious about is if there is still going to be a version available with our "Mako" patch on it. If so, let me know what I need to do to get it.
I have signed up for the release announcement but I cannot find any refference to the limited edition version anymore. That may be due to whatever political-ish snafu happened with the advertising. I would ask my boss about it, but word is it is a touchy issue around here and I don't wan't him to hit me with the one he already has.
Of course just kidding on that, my boss would never tomahawk me......unless I really deserved it.....which I very well might.
