VOX Snail - made of Gold

Hello fellow members,

I've seen these Vox snails quite a bit lately and for the life of me can't figure out why they go for so much. I'm sure they're very well made though. The only thing I can figure out is they have a cult following like Peter Atwood tools. From what I see they appear to be a bottle cap pryer and a makeshift knuckle ring. They certainly look interesting, but am I missing something? Please someone, educate me!

It is a following of Jesper Voxnaes. He is a god to many.

So, yes - cult like following is correct.

I am a huge fan and own many of his designs, but from the affordable Boker line.

Yeap, just a ridiculous cult for people who want to spend money for something trendy.
And yea, sure, they are "hand made" blah blah blah..
