Voyager Carbon V clip point

Does anyone know where I can find the carbon v old style Voyager? I have a friend who has shoot and processed many elk with them, I used his and the only knife that held an edge with them was the GSO 4.1 So I am looking for a few of the old style Voyagers clip point straight edge.

I think the Twistmaster came in Carbon V, but I never heard of a Carbon V Voyager.

You never know, CS might make some in CTS-XHP which will hold an edge even better, I think. Maybe they will make some in O1, but I would not hold my breath.

Perhaps CS should have a custom shop?

They never made a CarbonV Voyager. The CarbonV knives were US production, the Voyagers were always Japanese.

They did have Carbon V slip joint knives and they were very nice. Made at the Camillus factory maybe? I have the Carbon V twistmaster and love the way that thin-ish blade can slice. It sharpens like a dream. The heat treat on EVERY Carbon V knife I've ever used was excellent!
