How do you go about it?

I have a Lansky rod in medium which seems good, but what about the serrations,
what methods do you use?

Do you have the Lansky rod specifically for Cold Steel serrations? Or are you looking for instructions on using it? I picked up one for myself, but my serrated knives haven't been used enough to need sharpening.

I do yeah, but I'm not sure if it does the serrations, the teeth sure no problem works very well.
