I wonder if the VT guy selling his collection off is on this forum?!
Some more details would be cool.

Looks like at that price, 147 pieces would work out to just under $40 each.

Someone on reddit suggested everyone going in on em’ and splitting them up in a lottery system...
Which I have to admit sounds fun.
 
What would posses a man to rid his entire collection?! :o You would really need to take some time rummaging through them all and seeing exactly what is there. An average of $40 per axe sounds a bit ridiculous.
 
I'd love that McKinnon rockaway, just not for that price. Lottery style pooling sounds interesting though. My axe budget is drained for awhile, sadly.

$40 per is extremely cheap, especially considering all of the handled axes. Hardly a head eBay's for less than $40 anymore.

Yeah but these aren't being sold individually so shouldn't command individual prices. When you buy 150 pieces bulk $40 per piece is expensive. Do you have $5,800 for this? Who does.
