can anyone tell me who owned the western rights when the swing sheaths were being made without the western name on them?
 
The original Swing Sheath was first offered by Western Cutlery Co. (Boulder, CO) in 1968.

the swing sheath i have does not have the western name on the sheath like the new ones do. i was just wondering when they produced the sheaths with only the wetsrn name on the snap and not on the sheath
