I recently reached 1000 posts, most of which are here in WS&S.
So its time to give back!
rules...
1. must have 25+ posts in WS&S
2. must have joined before 2010
3. Post a picture of your favorite woods blade
4. This will run for 1 week or 100 entries

As a new knife maker I will make a blade+sheath of your design or mine.
the whole design process will be posted here in WS&S

Yes it big with a 12"+ blade but is also a very versatile design and if I were ever to get stuck in the bush with nothing else this is what I would want with me.

Thanks for the chance

Here's my favorite. One of the few large Busse's that's not obscenely thick. It's an amazing chopper for how little it weighs, and a very capable machete / axe replacement. Awesome knife.

And thanks for doing a great contest

Not the most exciting looking knife but this little ML that I put the handle on is the one I use the most !

Congrats and thanks for the chance buddy !!!!

Let's play along. The Koster Bushcrafter from the first run. A sturdy little knife and the only fixed that I have with me right now.

The only thing that has changed since I took the pic is that it now sits in some great pants made by Martin instead of the original kydex sheath.

Thanks for the contest!

Fiddleback Terrasaur - I love this knife...it might just be the ONE... :o

My Condor Viking machete and Bush Knife are my two go-to choppers. The two actual knives that get beat around the most in the woods are my Rodan (notice a theme? :p) and RC-6.
