This is a warnecliff I finished recently with W2 steel from Aldo, and curly Myrtle scales with worm poop. I sent these blocks of beautiful curly myrtle off to be stabilized, and did not notice the trails of worm poop until I got it back from K&G. I think it turned out pretty nice. I hope the customer likes it. Questions and comments are always welcome.
Thanks for looking.

Worm poop? Please excuse my ignorance, I have t seen anything like that, but is that just how the wood is or is that actually caused by a bug?

It's caused by worms. As the worm eats through the woods, it poops out it's waste, which then fills the void it just created. The poop darkens when stabilized.
