W2 Fighter

She's a 10" Fighter with a clayed W2 blade forged from 1 3/4" round stock, sourced from our own DHIII.
100+ year old wrought iron guard and some stabilized Bubinga for the contoured handle.
The decorative take-down finial cover is a piece of Mammoth Ivory with a heat colored screw.
Pretty soon I'll be taking pictures in the snow!





 
Very nice Karl! The top of the guard looks kind of odd, but it might just be the pictures?

Lookin Good Karl, you better keep that one for yourself, the way the weather mans talkin' we might all need a big knife to cut our way out this winter. I cut open a persimmon seed yesterday and its showing a spoon in it, for those that don't know, that means a hard winter with lots of snow shoveling.
