Haven't seen many good ol' flat guards used much anymore, but this fella wanted one and almost sort of qualifies as "retro"!
W2 clay processed blade, hot-blued Twist fittings with stabilized Teak Burl! Ooooooooooo!!
Take-down and lots of fun.
