wack test and MT socom elite microbar

I am interested in the Microtech socom elite but have heard that it fails the spine wack test. I have seen pictures of the Microtech socom elite with the microbar lock and it looks beefy.

Is this the model that fails the wack test?

If anyone has this knife with the microbar would you be willing to test it and provide feedback?
 
I had one that failed a spine whack test. It was a hell of a knife other than that. I have heard that if you snap the knife open hard a few times it will help to set the lock. Never tried it though. Seeing that knife fail the spine test was pretty much when I decieded I didn't want to trust liner type locks. It locked up with "no" blade play. Mine was a newer one, 06 I think. Still, it was a well designed knife in my opinion. Just not the lock. They should of developed a frame lock for the full size knife similar to the mini-socom elite. The mini is a great knife.
