Wait, a reviewer who USES her knives?!?

Somehow I had not seen her on YouTube before, but "ericasedc" is pretty great IMO - she is an avid knifeaholic who beats the snot out of her knives at work for weeks, and then reports on how they performed. Refreshing! She's a big fan of Spyderco and the Sebenza and TRM, as well as some traditionals. Anyone else seen her vids? What did you think?

I’ve been meaning to start doing a few YouTube reviews of some knives myself.

Her channel has actually become my favorite for knife content. She's a good communicator and always has fresh insights. I do wish we had more footage of knives in use, but I think her only limitation has to do with cameras and locations / opportunities to record.

She's one of the few reviewers who actually "uses her shit"
Plus she experiments with different edge angles and final edge grits to determine what
works best with any particular blade. She puts out a lot of very useful info for actual knife users.
