Waiting is the hardest part

USPS Tracking says my BK5 is out for delivery. So I'll I have to do is wait all day to get home and get it, it should be there when I get off work. It's going to be a long day me thinks :neglected:
 
I've heard nothing but good things about the BK5. Congrats! I'm thinking about adding a BK5 to my Fallkniven A1 along with an Ontario RAT II for some bushcrafting fun.

thanks, this one makes my 6th Becker. I just need to save my pennies now to put some G10 scales on from TKC

Just keep checking until it says delivered. Then crap your pants and go home early.

I know, I already feel like I have been here at work for 2 days and its not even lunch.
 
The waiting is definitely not easy. But at the same time it's part of the excitement in getting a Becker. It's the thrill of the hunt.
 
The part thats harder than waiting is trying to time it so you can get the package before wifey does.. lol

Ha, yea. We live in an apartment complex and the packages go to the office for pick up, so I seem to be the first to get them. Slipped this one right by her. Ordered her some girly stuff with it and it took her focus off the knife box [emoji6]
Then when I was taking pics and playing, she just ignored me cause she's used to my "weird behavior" and being "obsessed with those Knives" [emoji3]
 
Here is a pic, its roll stamped and has the smooth coating. I didn't even realize it until I was putting it away for the night, I was so excited to get this one and then did the pic, cut some paper, shaved some hair, then was putting it in the sheath and noticed the stamping, I am so used to my 7 that is took a bit to realize I got a special one.

Mine was the same a few weeks ago when I got it - I've heard that there have been a few laser etched bk5's but those are about as common as a saber ground bk16 lol
