Waiting on Waki

New to swamp rat knives. I bought one of the pre made ones, but also emailed for a preorder about a month ago through the website for 2 more. So far I have not heard back anything. I emailed today the company twice and it keeps telling me that the mailbox is full.

What should I do,
a)worry
b) forget about the order, too late to reorder
c) no stress its a typical wait time

or maybe is there another way to contact the company other then email? Kind of lost on this one. Thanks for the guidance.

Secondly, I would say say c) above is your best bet. If you want, email Eric. He'll respond and let you know what the dealio is. :)

He actually just emailed me. I got worried this morning when my emails kept bouncing back saying the mail box was full. New to collecting Busse, Swamp rat and Scrapyard and I dont want to miss out on my chance.:D

Hey Arijer, just yesterday I sent in my pre-order form to those two emails. How long did it took before you actually received the confirmation email? Please let me know, thank you.
 
FYI, I've owned my Waki for over a month now and I can't stop walking around the house with it. You guys will not regret this one.

Oh, and Eric stays on top of his game. You guys will be taken care of.

Uhm it was actually over a month when I emailed yesterday asking for the status. So I actually never got a confirmation email. But Eric did email me yesterday telling me all is ok when I sent the status request out. Give it a month, and if you dont hear I guess check on status.

Apparently its no worries from what I hear on this forum, they are just a busy company:D which is good, that means the product will get out lol.
 
I too want to order a Rodent Waki, however when I go to their site, it doesn't allow me to place an order? Do I have to email them with the specific specs I want or is it basically what they have is what they have?

IE: Swamp Rat Rodent Tan Canvas with White Blade (now out of stock)

There is just something about that waki that I MUST have......:foot:
