The Wakis have arrived in Australia!

I haven't seen many people mention the black with black/green G10 option, but I reckon it looks great.

Thanks Eric. This is my first Swamp Rat but I get the feeling it won't be my last!
 
Nice looking Waki alright.

Would of had mine last Thursday but the post office has stuffed up (not surprising). I'm hoping Monday will see my waki in the hand.:D
 
i was thinking as I looked at the photos "that's a color combo I haven't seen"

looks great!!
 
Mine arrived at the office on Friday, and my housemate's arrived at home Friday too.
I nearly missed out on mine because the receptionist forgot to tell me she had taken receipt of it.
Luckily the Australia Post tracking page told me it had been delivered and who had signed for it, so I knew exactly who to ask!!!!O

Mine showed in customs until they arrived.

In case you didn't know (I didn't) you can put the USPS tracking code into the Aust Post tracking page (internatinal shipping) and it will give you details.
You need to take out all of the spaces when you enter it.
Once it gets to Aust the Aust Post page has better info.

I.e. when I left home in the morn they were in customs according to the delivery tracker, but when I checked at lunch time, they had been delivered, and it even had the signer's name. There was no stage between customs and delivery, even though customs was in Melbourne and I'm in Adelaide.

Black with black/green G10 is exactly what I ordered! Should be here today come to think of it.
 
Just to clarify one of those is my housemate's.

My second will be a different colour - sage with green and black g10, - changed my order at the last minute and have to wait another "two weeks"!!!

But now you mention it a colour matched pair does look sorta cool.

Thanks for heads-up, but mine is heading to Japan. I have had cases in where I got the blade before the info was updated. This time they really taking it for a spin, I am afraid they might not let it through.

They have been keeping it for some time now as you would be able to see above. I really hope to get it tomorrow but can not be too hopeful.
