I believe that standard procedure is that The Swamp will contact you when they are ready to ship and you pay them then... That is assuming that you have a pre-order already

Yep credit cards through the website, or you can mail in a money order.

The way it worked with the M9LE was, they contact you when you are ready to pay, and you go to the swamp rat website and "place an order", which is really paying for the knife you already pre-ordered. Technically, anyone could go to that website and place an order, but if their name isn't on the preorder list, the order will be cancelled.
