How could anybody pass up one of these??? I couldn't. Great combo:thumbup:

I was wondering if Wakis would make another appearance with a cover on the latest issue of Blade magazine and full page, full color ads still running. It would have been an awful waste of advertising dollars if they hadn't.

You are assuming Swamprat placed an ad with Blade magazine to sell more.
The actual case may be that Blade is excited about an extraordinary blade that may no longer be available or will be available in limited quantities, although the principle of scarcity is an acknowledged and effective sales technique.

That's what I think is going on.
I think I may have just squeaked in an order. If so, Yahoooo and thanks so much!!!

Actually, the Waki ad I'm referring to appeared on the inside back cover of the same issue of Blade that featured the Waki on its front cover. I assume Blade doesn't give away full-page, full-color ads anywhere in its publication, let alone on its front or back covers. So someone must have placed and paid for that ad. Then again, I could be wrong about that.

The Waki's that I have available now are actually just one's that were ordered and then the pre-order was cancelled for some reason.

A few extra's were also made but at this time the pre-order is still closed. If you want one the best bet is to get one of them that is at the Company Store. No idea at this time how long they will last or if we will do anymore.

We didn't know that we were going to be on the cover until after we had decided to close the pre-orders.

:D:D

Did you know that full-page, full-color ads were going to continue running after you decided to close the pre-orders? Don't get me wrong. I assume that you're operating under the principle that any publicity is good publicity and worth paying for on that basis alone. But as an old sales and marketing exec, I'm a little confused by the timing of the ads versus the availability of the goods being advertised. Then again, I've been around Busse operations long enough to know that ordinary rules of engagement may not apply here. ;)
