Very nice!
Where did you get it?
I've been looking for a nice walking stick with a stout little compass inlaid in the top for years.
I saw a nice one about 15 years ago and just haven't seen anything like it since.

I didn't capture the logo in my photos -- this is a custom walking stick by Chris Reeve. He made several of them years ago, but it's been many years since he's accepted orders. I purchased this one from another BF dude.

That's quite a score. There can't be too many of those propping people up. :p:thumbup:

THAT is gorgeous my friend. WOW is all I can say.

Well I could say "grrrrrrrr", but that wouldn't be gentlemanly now, would it?

The last one I saw was some years ago at a NY show and was marked $800.
For those who don't know, the ball top is a titanium hip joint replacement.

Hmmm

I have a doctor client and all he does is hip and knee replacements. I wonder if he has any spare parts :)

That's pretty cool. A Ti hip for a K-9 is 1200.00!!
I can't imagine what you paid for it.

At 1200.00, does that include all parts and labor? or is that just the Ti hip?

..

The Ti prosthesis alone.
My friend is a vet and we were just talking about this yesterday.
1200.00 is her cost from the manufacturer!
It's another 2000.00 to do the install.

BF member Dweikum (proprietor of EDC Knives) had a couple of those at Knife Expo earlier this year. Dunno if he still has them.

ive always wanted to see CR walking sticks! this is the first chance i've ever had to see a pic. Thanks a lot! and keep the photos comin!

Wow those are magnificient! Especially that top one. I can only imagine the hours spent to make something like that.
