Here we had a few snow yesterday, then a very cold but clear night, so this is the results this morning

In summa, a beautiful day (so I hope for you, mates).
Im walking whit my GAK (German Army Knife), this is the knife actually used by the Deutschland Soldiers

On the left handle you may see the Bundeswehr Army mark

Lets try it. The blade is serrated on the forward part, which is good to cutting down fibrous materials and plastic

The blade is also great to carve woods, whit the non-serrated part

The saw, is very efficient, I sawed this woods in less than a minute

The reamer/awl, one of the most useful tools in the woods

Some great fire-starter here around

Of course, the GAK has also the other usual tools

A nice addiction is the key-ring, so you cant lose your knife in the woods

The GAK in hand

All in all, the GAK is the knife that I would like to own if I was still a soldier, it has all the features that I desire

Its true, he has not a cool look, maybe someone (not me) call it even ugly, but who care, being so efficient
Ciao
