I became acquainted with Wallace "Ace" Landrum in the late 90's. I first purchased a knife from him off ebay and after buying a few more I had him custom build one for me. All total I owned eight of his knives including my custom one which had "custom made for.." and my name etched down the blade. A couple of months ago I had a burglary and all of my knife collection was stolen including my Ace Landrums. I have no confidence in the police ever finding them. Since Wallace passed away in the early 2000's he isn't making anymore. Does anyone on here have any they would be willing to part with? I am aware there are some other knife makers named Landrum but I am specifically looking for the ones made by Wallace Ace Landrum of Lufkin, TX. Thank you! Boog

- I have one of Mr. Landrum's hunting knives, that I would sell to you. It is a nice 4" sheath hunting knife with a combination stag handle. I have used it to clean two deer and several pheasants. I own several other knives, and don't have any special attachment to this one. I think I bought it from the maker "about 20 years ago". Blade is marked : W LANDRUM, MAKER, LUFKIN, TX. It has a leather sheath. If you are interested, contact me at > gold40@aol.com <, and I will try to e-mail a photo. Jerry Goldstein
