I am always looking for the lightest carry, shoving a knife in the wallet helps, here are some examples ... what do you use? I have been low on funds so the Buck Executive has worked well for me. Want to upgrade though soon. Help?

PS. Maybe even a cool new invention that has a very slim profile that can hold a razor safely?

I've tried the Buck Gent and it works wonderfully. Tonight, had to tone down my carry so the big knives went in the drawer and my Ladybug II (thanks Ryan) went in the wallet.

I don't know if it's a step up, but I absolutely love Douk Douks, and one of them would work tremendously well as a wallet knife.

you know the razor blades that come with a carboard sleeve around the edge would work just fine as a wallet knife.. and only cost you about 1 penny :)

i keep meaning to 'upgrade' the 3 inch length of hacksaw blade in my wallet. weighs almost nothing, adds no bulk to my wallet and didnt cost me a penny.

I agree with Cougar. For wallet knives Bladerigger is by far the best. I think that for SD applications any wallet knife that you have to open you're wallet to access is a waste of money. Sog Access Cards, That Blackwood, SpyderCards would be great for utility and for easy concealment (on you, not in your wallet). The knife that comes with the JSP Omega series checkbook can do those things as well though too.

I have a little oss style dagger that sits in a simple credit card shaped sheath. The lanyard attached to the blade allows me to get it out and into action without removing the wallet from my pocket, its been in there so long I forget about it all the time. Very convenient though, also I use a biker style wallet to make the little 4inch piece disappear. I have never had a LEO even notice it sitting back there.

The Benchmade Benchmite is small and light and thin. You'd have to stash it in such a way for easy access, the lanyard/fob thing would do it.

I carry a spydercard or swisscard in my wallet, but before I got those I just used the blade from an old folder with a leather sleeve over the cutting edge, worked pretty nicely, but wasn't easily accessible.

Found these at the local hardware store for $2.30 a piece. The thumbnail could make a good little self defense tool to carry.

Beluga,

Thanks for posting that site. That Bradley guy has some nice looking hunting knives with fair prices.

Ryan M, where did those knives that you pictured come from?,, the one with the finger hole is especialy interesting, I find that the spyder card does not fit my present wallet which I am kind of fond of. be safe mjmcdowell

Does anyone know if something like this exists? If not, is it possible to be made?

Could be made out of titanium with a Keyed groove to hold the razor, and a twisting mechanism to lock the razor in place. The pen could also be used as a small Yawara Stick.

*Yes I have seen the DeltaZ penknife ... how is it by the way? I have also seen stuff/junk like this:

This seems a little more functional made by X-Acto:
